One of our largest international orders to date is setting sail for Doha Qatar. The Custom Windsock Co was contacted to produce 1200 custom printed windsocks 18"x96" for Oil and Gas use in Qatar. With extremely stringent specifications, the Custom Windsock Co produced a prototype that was accepted by the client on the first iteration.
The windsock was specified to be 18"x96", made of a strong polyester with PU (poly urethane) coating and custom printed. The windsocks needed to be finished with an accented tail reinforcement, hidden inlet reinforcement, a hidden stainless steel 18" ring sewn into the inlet mouth, grommets and nylon rope and toggle for attachment.
These windsocks, now printed on 600D PU polyester, are a drastic improvement to the client's existing product and will last years to come.
